[TRLog] MFJ 434, serial keying, and the OR QOS party.

Did I see a note a while back about the enable pulse width to the DVK was
too short to light up a 434?  I'm having a hell of a time getting one to
work reliably, albeit with several computers.

When I use my Dell laptop, I have to run it in the DOS mode to access the
serial port.  Any ideas on the proper incantation to communicate with the
serial port from a W98 DOS window?

During the ORQP next weekend I will be using more than one call and from
more than one location.  Is there a way to change the config file on the fly
without exit and restart?
