[TRLog] erratic CW

Make sure you check what is actually sent.  The computer and computer beeps
can mask the beginning of the sidetone, but the radio TX everything.

I'm setting up TR for SS. For some reason, if I enter a dupe, TR messes up
the first character of the dupe's callsign. It does this on two computers,
using ver. 6.59. For example:

If N, it sends E

If A = it sends nothing

If W, it sends T

If K, it sends A

How do I fix this? Thanks!
