[TRLog] Cabrillo inconsistency

I understand that Tree wrote the log checking software for SS and
collaborated on the Cabrillo spec. I also just re-searched the archive and
this time I found a discussion back in 2000 about the received exchange not
seeming to line up in the correct columns, which was the same problem I
asked about in a message earlier today.

>From the earlier correspondence, I gather that, in fact, Cabrillo as
implemented in Tree's SS log-checking software doesn't use fixed columns
but rather space-delimited fields, so the columns don't matter as long as
there are spaces in the right places.

If this is the case (Tree, can you confirm?) why hasn't the Cabrillo QSO
data specification on N5KO's web page been modified to reflect this fact?
It's really kinda confusing.
