[TRLog] How are Alt-P messages recorded when using SBDVP?

Mike, Alt-W/Alt-R works fine with SBDVP, but the little whirligigs that
show recording (or playback) process with a hardware DVP don't appear. I
use this feature all the time to record (and re-record, as my voice changes
during a contest) Mycall.DVP, the exchange messages, etc.
