[TRLog] Ignore Non-Receipt Message Regarding Version 6.60

I should have realized that if I wasn't on the bounced list
but yet hadn't received the new version, that it was because
it went to my AOL account!  Sorry about that.  Please leave
getting updates on that account (aa0cy3@aol.com) rather than
switching it to aa0cy@vrinter.net
