[TRLog] TR log and XP/NT/Win2000

Some of the difficulty may lie with DOS programs being unable to directly
control resources in XP. A possible answer to this can be found at
http://www.directio.com . There is a shareware version you can try out. They
have the necessary XP mods in the product.
