[TRLog] Michigan QSO Party

Just a quick note if anyone is going to use TRLog in MQP this weekend, I =
was just setting things up as a MICHIGAN station and it used the wrong =
DOM file.  It pulled the OUT of STATE file so be sure to swap the names =
of the files before you use it.  If you are IN michigan, make sure it =
lists states as well as counties in your multiplier screen.
