Frank,

This may not be your problem, but I had a similar issue because the external
keyboard plugged into a port that ALSO allowed an external mouse appeared to
be conflicting.  I saw the same random failure with no RF present.
Everything started working perfectly when I disabled the mouse from that
port and only allowed the external keyboard.  I can only imagine there was
an IRQ conflict that occurred when the port thought a keyboard signal and a
mouse signal happened at the same time.  It might be worth a look.

Many thanks to all those who replied to my post about keyboard lock ups.
The lockups occur when I am running barefoot ..... there must be enough =
FRI. at that power level to=20
cause a problem  I will try some ferrite beads on the keyboard cable and =
see what happens.
