[TRLog] Cannot create Cabrillo file with 6.72

I had the same problems as Dick and Cal. After the RAC contest, POST failed
or crashed in various ways: it crashed with error 103 if I tried to do the
post-contest log process (although the dupe check on its own worked fine) or
create a summary file, and it was unable to read the log file if I tried to
create a Cabrillo file.

I restored an earlier version of POST.EXE and POST.OVR (version 6.67), and
that worked OK.

Warning: POST 6.67 does NOT create a valid Cabrillo file for the RAC
contest. To get a valid Cabrillo file, you have to change the contest name
in your CFG file to ARRL 10, then create the Cabrillo file, then edit the
Cabrillo file to change CONTEST: ARRL-10 to CONTEST: RAC .

According to the revised rules at http://www.rac.ca/RACWinterRules2.pdf , it
appears that a Cabrillo file is preferred, but the log.dat file bundled
together with the summary file will apparently be acceptable.

Happy New Year,
