[TRLog] Time Correction?

If anyone can answer this without research, please reply to me directly. I suspect it's in the manual, but not in the index or TofC.

Question: My computer was off by 12 hours for the Sprint, so my log starts at Feb 09 12:00 instead of Feb 10 00:00. How do I quickly fix the log after the contest?
