[TRLog] CW sending inconsistencies in NAQP

Sometimes when the exchange was being sent (in CQ mode), it ran the other
person's callsign and the exchange together. For example:

N4BPmike IL

I added a space before the exchange and sometimes it would work and other
times it didn't. Any ideas?
