[TRLog] Icom 745

KA9ORN asked about computer-controlling the IC-745.

This model came out before the 751, which if memory serves me right, is
their first HF rig that took the CI-V module (CI = computer interface, V =
fifth generation).

Prior to that it was some yucky parallel thing.  Sorry!
