[TRLog] TS850 voice keyer

This has been a topic before.  As I recall, there is no way.

However, of course, one can key the messages with the Kenwood RM-1 remote
keypad.  This plugs into the back of the 850.  It also controls recording of
new messages.  This is the way I do it.
