Well - perhaps something is broken with POST, but I guess I
am not sure the multiplier check in POST is something that 
you need to run on the log.  

Remember that log submissions are now done in Cabrillo, and
there are no indicators in a Cabrillo log as to which
QSOs are mults and which aren't.
