[TRLog] TR and recording on the same machine

Has anyone out there tried running TR in a DOS window under Win98, for a CW 
contest, and at the same time recording the contest with an application 
such as RecAll Pro, on the same machine?  I'm wondering if the new fast 
processors (say 1 GHz and above) give sufficient CPU headroom to permit 
doing this without messing up the CW.  This would certainly be neater than 
running two computers, as I do now.
