[TRLog] CW latency

OK. Here's the exact scenario. I'm in S&P mode. I enter the callsign in the
call field, hit enter and the letter N is sent with a small pause followed
by the rest of my call. After the other guy sends his exchange, 5NN and ITU
zone, I hit enter to send my info. The characters 5NN come out garbled while
TR is working in the background entering the call in the log, updating the
mult window. In fact, I notice that this stuttering only happens while TR is
doing stuff between the time I hit enter and when the cursor is resetting. I
am not using PTT control. So I reinstalled ver 6.68 over 6.70 and the same
thing happens.
As a further complication, I dragged out my old 386 laptop which has version
6.68 installed and copied the contents of the log directory for this contest
and it works fine. I think there is something wierd with my desktop. I'll
just use the old laptop for contesting I think. I don't have the time for
this crap. TR works fine.

Of the exchange? Describe exactly what you are typing and
what happens after each key.
