[TRLog] Various IARU issues

i guess you have to have more than an HW16 with 25 watts to a folded
dipole to worry about a run frequency

as i laboriously entered my 100+ IARU qsos and checked everything using
my dos5 edit program, i must admit this going from paper to computer,
takes away some of the fun..................and yet ill be in Fiji this
Oceania dx  as 3D2/W7DRA, with my 11.5/17 sized dupe sheet/band and my
1936 rip off copy of the ARRL log book, groaning about coming back home
to enter my log into TR..................................
