[TRLog] TRLog and Windows XP

I'm getting an education today....having virtually no experience with DOS
programs, I was clueless about the ALT-ENTER command. I know now that it
isn't a TRLog command, but a Windows command...bet that's why it ain't in
the TRLog manual...duh.

I had previously run TR on Windows 98 and this wasn't an issue, and other
than TR, the only DOS based program I have ever run was "DOOM"   :-}
Obviously I spent too much time on the video game.
