[TRLog] Icom 746 compatibility

No problem, man...works just great, BUT:

The default address for the 746 is 56h or 56 hex.  TR will only respond to
the decimal equivalent which
is 86 (5 X16 = 80 + 6 = 86)  OK.

So your TR logcfg.dat file (or other config file wherever you run it from)
will be:

RADIO ONE TYPE = IC746  (assuming it's radio one, of cours)
RADIO ONE ADDRESS = 86  (assuming the default of 56h)
RADIO ONE BAUD RATE = 9600 (or whatever speed you wish)

Other than that, it works just great.
