[TRLog] FISTS Sprint

Mike,

The RST is shown for both sent and received. The name is truncated to two 
characters. Everything else seems to be working as Tree states in the release 
notes for version 6.61.

I will am looking into it and MAY be able to get a working version sent to you 
between releases. In a pinch you can specify the following after the contest 
definition in the LOGCFG.DAT.

EXCHANGE RECEIVED = KIDS DAY EXCHANGE

You will have to explicitly enter the RST every time though and I THINK the 
"[" character in your CW messages won't end up in the log.
