[TRLog] PC Speaker Volume

There's NO valume control for the PC speaker!!!  Never has been.

I'm told, and have not tried it, though I _DO_want to, that you can run a 
jumper wire from the SPKR connector on the motherboard to the PC SPKR input 
wich is (normally) available on your sound card, and then you CAN control 
the PC speaker sound because it's now going thru your sound card instead of 
going thru the tiny PC speaker.
