[TRLog] need wintelnetx 4.11 help

Yo Dave

If you can't get it to work for some reason and want to try 
something else, the software DX-Telnet works great with
TRLog. It allows multiple cluster log-ins and dupes the spots. 
Also sends spots back to the internet machine using the ~ key. 
Will voice the spots via soundcard and has multiple spot filters 
plus the usual wwv, ham info, etc.
