[TRLog] .CBR and time operating

i know a .CBR file does not keep track of operating time, during the
latter part of the  CQWW, my "CW TEST" was answered by several US hams. i
wonder if this was to keep up their operating rate, since i would guess
CQ has to determine a verifiable operating time from the operator's .CBR
file for scoring purposes

in a contest like CQWW doing a SOSB 80m LP from Washington state, i can
go hours without a single contact
