[TRLog] windows, antivirus and TRLog...

Folks,

I have just run into an instance where having antivirus software running in the
background under Windows was causing sporadic problems with TR communicating
properly with a radio interfaced on a serial port. I thought I would pass this
information on as something to look for if you see TR acting funny.
