You can do the post mult check for zones if you temporarily add

DOMESTIC MULTIPLIER = NONE

to your logcfg.dat. Ignore the "mult wrong" messages if it is an HQ 
station.

Probably (I haven't tried this), removing the DOMESTIC 
MULTIPLIER = NONE and adding

ZONE MULTIPLIER = NONE 

would let you check the HQ mults, but this will produce error 
messages on everybody else who is not HQ.
