[Trlog] Mode change in bandmap

This is due to jumping to a band map frequency that is above the SSB cut-off
frequency.  The default on 160 is 1840 KHz, but you can change it to
anything you want with the BAND MAP CUTOFF FREQUENCY = 1880000 parameter (as
an example).
