[Trlog] Pre-filling the exchange window

For the ARRL CW DX Contest, is there a toggle option for TR to 
automatically pre-fill the exchange window with the STATE based upon the 
callsign entered in call window?  And, to do so, is there a Master List 
anywhere of active W/VE contest stations and their respective States?

Obviously, the desire is to reduce as much typing as possible.  In the 
event callsign ABCXYZ has moved to a different State from what is on the 
list, this can be quickly edited in the exchange window before pushing <ENTER>.

As it stands, one thing which would be helpful is a toggle option to have 
TR auto-complete the 2nd State letter as soon as the first letter is typed for:

Bc
Fl
Ri
Ut
Qc
On
Yt

Unless I'm mistaken, there are no other States (VE included) which start 
with the same letter as any of the above, and therefore no need to have to 
type the second letter once your type the first one :-)
