[Trlog] Band Output Port & 6.79

With 6.50, I have no problems with the TopTen Band Decoders
from two parallel ports:

Radio One Band Output Port = 1
Radio Two Band Output Port = 2

With 6.79 and the same LOGCFG.DAT file, I have a problem.
Changing the band of the active radio causes the appropriate
band decoder to change also.  However, one second later, the
other band decoder changes to the SAME band as the active radio.
The second radio's frequency does not change, however.
