Hi!

How can I (or can I?) look if someone´s a new multiplier
for me, if the multiplier is counted by exchange?

For example at ARRL DX Contest I hear
someone from state CT on 75mtrs with my 2nd radio while
running on 40mtrs. So I´m not interested in QSO actually
but all I want to know, have I worked the state CT previously
on that band.
