[Trlog] Shift Key woes

I can live with it, Ron.  I find tuning in CQ answers with the RIT from the
keyboard using my pinkies to be a stroke of genius on Tree's part.

For anyone else's edification, I don't have so many programmed messages that
I ever get into the ALT-Function keys.  So what I did was to put only the
RIT-ZERO command in ALT-F1 for both CQ and EXCHANGE.  This means that I can
always just zero the RIT from the computer keyboard.  This makes the impact
of moving the RIT while keying down minimal, anyway.

I am using all Kenwood radios.  Can't speak for anything else.
