The network should have at least the following configured:

Wire Txd on 1 PC to Rcd on the other PC and vice versa.
If you are using more than 1 PC, the Txd/Rcd pairs need to
be daisy chained to form a loop.

In your LOGCFG code the following:

MULTI PORT = SERIAL #  (for each PC)
COMPUTER ID = A (A should be different for each PC).

If that still fails, post the exact error message you are getting.
