[Trlog] Why Not Cabrillo Format?

A Cabrillo file is not just some header information and then log lines with
the identifier "QSO:" in front of it. It has a specific content PER CONTEST.
This content is documented on Trey's page.

 http://www.kkn.net/~trey/cabrillo/qso-template.html

There is no "generic Cabrillo". If I cannot go to the above page and design my
output to an example then there is no Cabrillo format for that
contest...right, wrong or otherwise.

My personal feeling is that with Logbook of the World coming on line that it
will all be ADIF anyway is a couple years. You will still have to postprocess
the log to generate this format from TRLog. It does not lend itself to be the
working log format.
