A new release of the manual is (sort-of) available.

I have been unable to upload it to the usual TR website, but if you are 
impatient you can download it from my peronal site:

Then:
  1. Click on the "Radio" button
  2. Choose "TR Manual" fromt the drop-down menu

As soon as we can find a way to get the file on to the regular site, I'll 
post a notice to that effect.
