PRE: [TRLog] 6.72 Broken for NAQP

I had some problems getting TR to log NAQP QSOs in a test session, both in
CQ and S&P mode. I figured out that when it wouldn't log, I was entering
the QTH before the name in the Exchange Window. For NAQP, it is required
that the name come before the QTH. If you are entering a corrected
callsign, though, it can go anywhere in the sequence of data into the
Exchange Window, according to my testing.
