[Trlog] Command to Manipulate the MP sub VFO

The following command string will send the sub vfo to 14.056.10
and NOT put it in split mode when you press F9:

F9=<03>SRS=<10><56><40><01><8A><04>

Not acually useful until we can enter the freq from the keyboard
or etc. but at least there is a command to make it happen.
