[Trlog] Where is INSTALL?

I received TR 6.73 as a zipped file.
I unzipped it with PKUNZIP and wound up with a bunch of files, as I would
expect.
Copied all onto a floppy so I could follow the manual's install directions
exactly.
Booted my laptop up in DOS (it is set up for dual boot).
Put floppy into its drive, changed the active drive to A:, and typed
INSTALL.
The computer says, can't find INSTALL.  Sure enough, I went through the
files and can't find anything that looks like a setup or install routine.
What's the secret here?
