[Trlog] Virginia QSO Party - 2003

Please try to get on for the 2003 edition of the Virginia QSO Party, 
which  will be held this weekend: 1800Z 3/15/03 - 0200Z 3/17/03. Check 
http://members.bellatlantic.net/~ks4ii/ for rules, etc. Basically, stations 
inside Virginia give a QSO number and their county or independent city; 
outside of VA the exchange is QSO number and state, province, or dx country.

TRLog is not set up for the scoring system used in the VAQP, but TR users 
who want to play can send me email for a sample logcfg.dat and .dom file 
that will at least let you log QSO's correctly and keep track of the mults. 
You then will have to rescore manually.
