[Trlog] RST problem - alternative program?

Lee et al,

You can put 

LOOK FOR RST SENT = TRUE

in the configuration file (works from Ctrl-J, too),
and type S337 in the exchange window to log RST sent as 337.
Does not send it this way, though.
