Discovered an issue with TR-Log in the California QSO party (for CA
stations).

Some county abbreviations are misread as out-of-CA. These may be corrected
by editing the CALQSOW6.DOM file.

For:

Santa Clara (SCLA)	add  SCV to the list (otherwise comes up as SC)

Marin	(MARN)		add MARN to the list (otherwise comes up as Ve1)

And remember not to log Colusa as "COL"(comes up as Colorado); use COLU.
Similar for Los Angeles.
