[Trlog] Cursor Issues

Hi all:
I have a question relative to the cursor.  I seem to recall that the cursor 
can be toggled at anytime from the call window to the exchange window even 
during the time the computer is sending a report (i.e., SS).

At the moment, while using the simulator, I can't toggle between the two.  
For example, if I need to correct the call in the call box and the computer is 
sending the report, I can't toggle back to the call window.

Is this 'the way it is?'
