[Trlog] Laptop Screen

A little more information, I am using Tweak UI and unchecking the GUI box in
WIN98 so I'm using the DOS that is under WIN98.  This works fine except on
the laptop for the shrunken screen.  On my full size computer I'm doing the
same thing with full screen.
