[Trlog] special logcfg

I was thinking of getting on in the arrl dx
test this weekend, hooking up to telnet, and
working just one of every dx country that
comes along, just to see how many I can
work.

Has anyone ginned up a logcfg to do
this? The multipliers would be dxcc
countries, worked once in the entire
contest, rather than once per band.
The packet spots would be filtered
to show only these mults needed.

If nobody has already done this, I'll
try to figure it out myself.
