[Trlog] No Records Produced in LOTW TQSL?

Hmmm ... never seen that.  I produce ADIF files from my master log in MS
Access, and, once I got the file right, I've had no problems uploading
to LOTW yet.  Have never tried a Cabrillo file, however.
