[Trlog] Editing Woes

OR...since, TRLog is a DOS-based program, you can simply type "edit
<filename>" at the command prompt.  My editor has search & replace....had to
do that for part of the IARU log this morning to correct local to zulu time
for the first hour of the contest. :-)
