[Trlog] Changing Config Files & Ctrl-V Questions

I heard from Jim, WT9U, who reports that he successfully
used CTRL-V in the Ohio QP as a mobile. Jim's clever
solution to keep track of counties is to use a different
COMPUTER ID for each county. Well, almost all different,
since he went through 28 counties and had to reuse a
couple of letters.
Jim then separated out the logs with a word processor.
Most of the work could also have been done with
POST L P, using a text editor only for the counties
with duplicated letters.
Setting CLEAR DUPE SHEET = TRUE in each county
config file resets the dupe sheet for each new county.
If you double back through some counties then this
may complicate attempts at S&P on the return visit.
After seeing Jim's solution I remembered the
LOG FILE NAME parameter and wondered if it could
be used during the contest to finish writing to one
county log file and open a new one. This is one
of the parameters that seems to be ignored by
CTRL-V, so it didn't work.
