[Trlog] Test version of TR

Using pair of IC-765 transceivers at K4RO.

Both radios work fine under 6.79.

Neither radio works at all under the new
test version,"tr681t" -- program says 
"6.82" when launching.

The program would not run at all until
I commented out the following two lines
from my default config file:
ICOM RESPONSE TIMEOUT = 300
ICOM COMMAND PAUSE = 400

If I set the following:
SERIAL PORT DEBUG = TRUE
The computer re-boots as soon as I type
"\RADIO" into the call sign field.
