[Trlog] ".bin" files

Hi Mark:

Download CT from www.k1ea.com.  There are two basic "bin" file versions,
one for Version 9.x of CT, the other for 10.X.  There are conversion
programs (9to10, 10to9) or you can just download both versions if you
don't know which you need.
