[Trlog] Rescoring logs w/ over 10,000 Qs?

There is not a limit on QSOS but there is a limit to how 
much memory you have - and we are only talking about the 
first 640k of memory.

I do have an older version of TR-Log that can use
protected memory and then you can rescore huge logs.
