[Trlog] SSB auto-CQ

Just finished reading a weeks' worth of newspapers, so
attention has turned back to the radio.

Plenty of opportunities to CQ to oneself this weekend.

Actually had a reply a few moments ago, so had reason to
look at shack computer monitor.  Out of boredom, kept
looking at it after resuming CQing.

SSB auto-CQ triggers the time counter during every other
playout of the selected message, so that every other
playout results in the message being played twice
back-to-back.

Maybe this has been reported before.  Maybe it's correct
behavior, as I can't recall when it didn't behave this way.
