I am trying to rescore my log for WP2Z q's and I have changed the 
country
file and manually changed a call in the log.dat but still can't get TR 
to
count WP2Z as VI, what am I missing here?

Check the CQ-contest archives for this morning. I think I remember 
seeing a posting from AD1C about an error in cty.dat causing a WP2Z 
fiasco over the weekend.
